Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Casual Educator to join our centre team. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children from birth to 5 years of age.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurturing and educating young children, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Working collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement engaging educational programs
- Recording and documenting children's learning and development progress
- Creating a welcoming, stimulating, and interactive learning environment
- Fostering positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, management, and community stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
Requirements:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently studying towards it
- A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- A current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- A valid Blue Card
