Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Agitator Driver to join our team in northwest Tasmania. As a key member of our Devonport Concrete Plant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete products to various customers across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a concrete agitator truck to deliver concrete to customers.
  • Complete a structured 10-day training program covering agitator operation, slump testing, and safe delivery.
  • Deliver concrete to local construction sites with a strong customer service approach.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete pre-start checks daily.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times on the road and on-site.

Requirements:

  • A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence is essential.
  • You must be keen to get hands-on and learn the batching side of concrete production.
  • A White Card or willingness to obtain one is required.
  • You should be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
