About the Opportunity

We are seeking a senior digital transformation professional to lead our organization through a comprehensive DTP implementation project. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and experienced leader to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Job Description

This role will be accountable for guiding the organization through the overall DTP implementation, delivering the DTP program, managing the implementation partner, and leading the DTP Team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • DTP Program Management: Develop, execute, and manage the DTP Business Case and associated funding; develop and execute the DTP Implementation Plan; set clear, actionable goals to ensure delivery of the DTP Program objectives.
  • Implementation Partner Management: Manage the implementation partner, software provider, and associated contracts; proactively identify processes within the department and assist the broader Transformation team to improve processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Management of various stakeholders and a diverse team, including the Board and externals; develop DTP Program frameworks for decision making and governance.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Project Management, Business Management, Information Management, Engineering, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large transformation projects, preferably with strong technology roll-out experience and in heavy industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercially managing large external partner contracts.
  • Outstanding relationship development and management skills with all levels of the organization.
