  • A leading wine and beverage establishment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Ambassador to join our team of hospitality professionals.

We are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience, and our Wine Ambassador will play a key role in achieving this goal. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an in-depth wine education program to our staff and guests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of premium wine and beverage experience, with a strong knowledge of Australian wine, international wines, spirits, cocktail preparation, beer knowledge and glassware presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide wine education to staff and guests on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop and implement wine promotions and events
  • Maintain high standards of wine service and quality
  • Assist with wine ordering, cellar and cool room maintenance and stocktaking
  • Other duties as directed by management

Requirements:

">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the wine industry
  • WSET Level 2 certification required
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails and beer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
