Experienced Venue Manager Required

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Venue Manager to lead our operations in Forrest Chase, Perth CBD.

  • A leading company is looking for a dynamic individual with experience in managing busy hospitality/entertainment venues.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a hands-on manager of a high-performing venue team.
  • A valid RSA, approved managers license, and Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • An ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
  • An obsession with delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role involves overseeing Front of House and Back of House operations, encompassing rosters, training, profit and loss management, forecasting, casual recruitment, cost of goods sold, and labor optimization.
