Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team at Newcastle Airport. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the site manager to manage teams across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate stock ordering and stocktaking processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement merchandising and food presentation strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all sites, adhering to legislated food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to achieve business objectives and support colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in airport operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
