Job Title: Operational Excellence Coordinator

This role focuses on coordinating control systems deployment, project execution, and service activities to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency across data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Process Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Requests with accurate documentation and vendor coordination.
    \
  • Partner with controls engineers, finance, legal, and procurement teams to complete critical deliverables.
    \
  • Provide operational planning inputs and support multi-million dollar project procurement processes.
    \
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline routine coordination tasks.
    \
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop systematic improvements across coordination workflows.

Requirements:
\

  • \
  • Supervision of processes in procurement or financial or legal processes;
    \
  • Operations support experience coordinating and managing operational issues and escalations;
    \
  • Vendor management experience including setting expectations and managing billing milestones.
\

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Process improvement through analysis, documentation, and automation;
    \
  • Automation development using AI tools, APIs, or scripting;
    \
  • Data analysis and visualization with dashboards and data tools;
    \
  • Program management across multiple initiatives;
    \
  • Contract review experience including terms and project details.

  • Timely completion of procurement and operational tasks with measurable improvements;
