Programme Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Construction Programmer to join our team in a full or part-time capacity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in and interpreting planning work, developing and maintaining complex schedules, and providing crucial reporting to clients on current outcomes and projections.
Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate with the project development team to create project development strategies.
- Liaise with project leadership to provide support and assistance.
- Assist in integrating individual schedules into a master schedule.
- Develop project schedules and other outputs from concept to detailed using established principles.
- Vet external contractors' programmes and produce reports on methodology and constructability.
- Integrate dashboards via industry-standard applications such as Power BI.
- Analyse critical methodologies and provide suggestions for improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in major construction projects in a programmer/planner/scheduler role.
- Proficient in P6 scheduling, Asta Power Projects, and/or Ms Projects.
- Strong time management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent report writing and critical analysis skills.
- High attention to detail and outcome-focused mindset.
- A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline is desirable.
