Business Development Director

The Director, Business Development will lead the organisation's business development strategy, systems and external engagement to grow the reach, uptake and value of programs and services. This role provides leadership and operational management to this important function, while working laterally across the organisation to drive commercial growth and innovation through an evidence-based and client-centric approach.
About YouYou are a strategically accomplished, inspiring and strongly collegiate business development leader with a strong commercial acumen and advanced relationship building and management abilities. You have a proven record in B2B engagement, partnerships and business growth, with experience spanning consulting, public sector or learning and development organisations and selling or advising into government. You are a consummate professional with a knack for winning the hearts and minds of others and aligning and galvanising people towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
