We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aged Care Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to residents in residential aged care facilities.
Job DescriptionThe Aged Care Professional will work closely with the medical team to provide comprehensive care to residents, including assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing effective interventions to improve their quality of life.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
- Possession of a current practicing certificate
- Relevant qualification in gerontology, palliative care, or chronic disease management
