Job Title: Support Worker

The role involves actively supporting the individual needs of aged people who are living at home, either independently or with family.

No two days are the same with our customers and may include delivering personal care, household domestic assistance (cleaning bathrooms, mopping, dusting), meal preparation, accompanying them on shopping trips, appointments, community activities, providing general companionship, and helping them build social networks.

The hours of work for a Support Worker are typically performed Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm. For your set fortnightly roster, we invite you to share your availability and hours you would prefer to work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit, hold a valid Driver's Licence and be willing to use your own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring that your vehicle is appropriately insured.

A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and CPR and First Aid certificates are required in this position, and you will need to have the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
