About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving the delivery of our cyber security strategy, including identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Establishing and managing the necessary capabilities to ensure our information assets are adequately protected
  • Leading NIST and Essential 8 initiatives to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Providing regular reporting on the status of our information and cyber security programs
  • Leading the information security function across the company to ensure consistent and high-quality cyber security practices

We are offering a competitive salary package of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits, to attract a top-tier Cyber Security professional. This is a full-time permanent position, with opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of major trends, strategic directions, and governance frameworks
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH, and product certifications like FCP and CCNP Security
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present technical solutions and articulate incidents and business impacts
