This role is responsible for coordinating ICT delivery projects, providing expert system solution analysis, and leading workshops to facilitate project progress.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in system solution analytical roles and at least 3 years' experience providing project coordination services on ICT delivery projects are required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent will document business requirements and functional designs using user stories, wireframes, and screen mock-ups.
  • Negotiation with business stakeholders, users, technical staff, and product owners to achieve desired project outcomes is a key aspect of this role.
  • Leading workshops and collaborating directly with solution stakeholders to facilitate project progress is essential.
  • Process re-engineering by capturing and analyzing business processes in both as-is and to-be states through process flows will be undertaken.
  • Project coordination services across multiple concurrent projects within a program of work will be provided.
  • Status reports, schedule updates, and contributions to project steering committee packs will be prepared and maintained.
  • Project meetings will be scheduled, agendas established, and minutes and action items documented.
