Duration: 8 months + 6 months extension
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Melbourne CBD
Rates: $700-$800/day
Your new roleThe Lead Business and Solution Analyst reports to the IT Program Manager and plays a critical role in the implementation of the client\'s new case management system.
Accountabilities- Leading the analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional needs and process improvements to support the delivery of the client\'s new case management system.
- Working collaboratively with subject-matter experts, operational teams, delivery partners and technical specialists to develop and validate current and future state process maps, business rules and user stories.
- Contributing to solution design by applying a strong understanding of solution architecture, data flows and business logic to ensure systems are practical, scalable and fit for purpose.
- Collaborating with the Senior Change Manager, Communications team and other stakeholders to support training, change and adoption activities as needed.
- Experience as a senior or lead business and solution analyst on complex digital or regulatory projects.
- Experience with modern cloud-based CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- A commitment to improving systems and processes that support the department\'s regulatory work.
- A Scrum Master certification will be highly regarded.
