Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst. This role will focus on leveraging analytics to deliver meaningful insights and support key business decisions.

Description

  • Lead workshops and interviews to gather business and technical requirements
  • Write detailed interface specifications, including APIs and system integrations
  • Analyze and model business processes and data structures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to align solutions
  • Facilitate discovery, design, and validation sessions across teams
  • Support delivery teams through the full SDLC, including UAT and implementation
  • Work with data to identify trends, validate system behavior, and support decisions

Profile

A Successful Senior Business Analyst Should Have
  • 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally in transformation projects
  • Skilled in writing API specs, system integration, and technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping
  • Excellent facilitator-leads workshops and engages diverse stakeholders
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficient in DevOps, SQL, Confluence, Excel, Miro, and diagramming tools
  • Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Construction industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
