About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Specialist Investment Vehicles team. As a key member of our Governance and Policy Branch, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on legislative and governance matters related to specialist investment vehicles.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on best practice administration for all SIVs
  • Assessing aggregate risks
  • Leading a team responsible for providing advice on legislative and governance matters
  • Working closely with investment vehicles such as the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, Australian Renewable Energy Agency, and Housing Australia

About the Team

Our Governance and Policy Branch is responsible for maintaining the governance and legislative frameworks in accordance with international standards. We work closely with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and other organizations to ensure that our policies and guidelines are effective and efficient.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of policy and governance issues, including:

  • Policy and governance matters related to specialist investment vehicles
