Job Title: Commercial Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide commercial and contractual expertise for the administration of downstream contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering commercial solutions that safeguard our interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with downstream commercial pre-contract activities including requests for proposals, tenders and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Analyse, negotiate and settle downstream commercial positions to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
  • Prepare and review contracts (including scope of work) for their execution.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies across projects.
  • Manage downstream contracts, including any claims or disputes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as law, business or construction management and experience in a similar role within a projects environment.
