About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lending Solutions Specialist to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to deliver timely and optimised customer outcomes for lending facilities and collateral management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS TO PROVIDE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER AND BANKER SUPPORT
  • AFFIRMING ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS OF ALL RETURNED LETTERS OF OFFER – TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH EXECUTION REQUIREMENTS AND POLICY
  • SETTING UP LEARNING FACILITIES IN CORE SYSTEMS SUCH AS ORION AND OCP [DATA]
  • COMPLETING OTHER ASSIGNED TASKS IN A TIMELY MANNER
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • DETAILED KNOWLEDGE OF BANKING SYSTEMS SUCH AS CACHE, ORION, OCP, LOAN IQ, OR A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN
  • EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ABILITY TO FOLLOW THROUGH ALL ISSUES TO COMPLETION
  • ABILITY TO WORK QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY UNDER PRESSURE
  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO USE MICROSOFT PRODUCTS SUCH AS EXCEL, WORD, AND POWERPOINT
  • STRONG NUMERICAL, ANALYTICAL, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
  • HIGH-QUALITY VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN AN OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
