We're looking for a talented Buying Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product development cycle, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and success.
This exciting opportunity is based in our Melbourne office, where you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the Buyer and improve financial results. Your sound knowledge and experience in creating CADs will enable you to hit the ground running across various facets and functions of the role and team.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed technical specifications for trend collections
- Administer order management systems, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and stakeholders
- Prepare weekly sales reports, highlighting key products and trends
- Manage samples and inventory effectively, maintaining high-quality standards
- Liaise with planning teams on order changes and delivery updates
- Collaborate with designers to develop innovative products that meet customer needs
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Buying, Merchandise Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
