Product Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and demonstrate your passion for product. As a Product Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Product Manager in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals.

  • Assist in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals
  • Liaise daily with offshore suppliers and factories
  • Brief new ranges to suppliers for development
  • Maintain effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers
  • Conduct trend research into colour and new trend direction for the customer
  • Manage and track the sample process, critical path, production schedules, and freight timelines
  • Drawing and maintaining product CADs and range books
  • Support the product team with administrative needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a related role is preferable
  • Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous
  • Proactive, motivated, and likes working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have great attention to detail and high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
