Managing home builds from start to finish is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills. With a robust project pipeline already in place, this position offers an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects without excessive micromanagement.

About the Role

This Construction Supervisor role is ideal for someone with trade qualifications in carpentry or bricklaying and experience in residential construction. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing regular communication to clients.

  • Manage sub-contractors and suppliers effectively
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain job site integrity
  • Schedule and forecast work activities efficiently

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in residential construction and hold a Certificate IV in Building and Construction or a degree in Construction.
