About the roleIn this newly-created role, you will assist in the design, implementation and ongoing development of Cbus' cloud-based Knowledge Management platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels in our Member and Employer Experience business unit to build and deliver a single source of truth for all our front line and operational teams, with the objective of ensuring a consistent and seamless member experience.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Architecture design of the Knowledge Management solution in accordance with information design principles
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create clear, concise Knowledge Management content and artefacts
- Ensuring content complies with legislative, regulatory and business requirements
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business unit to increase understanding of correct utilisation of the platform and maximise adoption
- Managing the ongoing pipeline content requests driven from various stakeholder/business units to ensure content is purposeful and accurate
- Ensuring knowledge content is accurate and current through the completion of regular review cycles
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in implementation of a Knowledge Management platform combined with a deep understanding of Knowledge Management technology
- Experience in a highly regulated industry. Superannuation is ideal, but financial services / Health Insurance / Banking / Government would also be well regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to engage people across all levels and manage conflicting priorities
- Experience in service led design principles would be an advantage
