Dispensary Technician

Direct Chemist Outlet is seeking a Dispensary Technician to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with experienced pharmacists, assisting with prescription dispensing, handling patient information, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pharmacists with accurate prescription dispensing
  • Handle patient information, checking details and updating records
  • Manage stock, ordering, rotating, and storing stock efficiently
  • Provide top-tier customer service, making customers' days brighter

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy experience in a similar role, ideally with at least one year of experience
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and top-tier customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player who can also work independently
  • Experience with Fred Dispense and POSWorks Retail software
