Project Coordinator Opportunity

This exciting role is an opportunity to work in a dynamic team, coordinating organisational planning activities and projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with Directors Strategy and Transformation and designated Portfolio and Program leads to facilitate Strategic Portfolio Management.

About the Role
  • Project coordination: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements; coordinate project activities such as meeting arrangements, stakeholder mapping, and action registers.
  • Project tracking: Monitor and report on project milestones, risk, and performance indicators.
  • Data analysis: Support data collection, review of literature, and engagement with stakeholders; produce qualitative data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
