We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing day-to-day project implementation through the entire project cycle life. You will work closely with our sales team to define scope and specify requirements and use cases of projects. You will also support our logistics team to ensure that pre-installation (hardware and software) of jobs is completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply and follow SKIDATA Australasia Project Management methodology and OH&S process in jobs managed directly and responsible for.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day project implementation through whole Project Cycle life (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Closure).
  • Support sales team to define scope and specify requirements and use cases of projects.
  • Work with logistics team to ensure that pre-installation (hardware and software) of jobs is completed correctly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You should have well-developed soft skills, including good communication, result orientation, and understanding of project commercials and economics. You should also have experience in working with technology-based products or services and at least 2 years' experience as Manager of technical teams or as Field Project Manager.
