Aged Care Leader

Care Manager is a vital position that requires strong leadership and team management skills to deliver holistic, person-centred care to older Australians.
The successful candidate will oversee care planning, clinical governance, and resident assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Aged Care Act 1997.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical nursing, care coordination, or care management (with at least 1 year in aged care).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
