**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team. The Despatch Coordinator plays a key role in providing a high level of customer service to King customers, ensuring smooth order delivery, customer satisfaction, and payment collection. This role also offers vital office support to the warehouse floor staff.

**The Role**:

- Ensure final payment has been taken on all orders before confirming delivery. Plan with transport companies.
- Organise delivery runs by days and locality.
- Book carriers and obtain quotes as required.
- Provide a high level of Customer Service on Despatch issues such as delays, special requests, payment etc.
- Liaise with Showroom Managers to resolve issues such as, delivery and despatch of floor stock, special requests etc.
- Assist the Marketing and Design teams with coordinating showroom change overs and photo shoots.
- Ensure clear and accurate data entry into SAP regarding payments, customer details, customer requests (including time of delivery etc.).
- Liaise with customer service team and advise of any issues relating to despatch or final payments received.
- Contact customers regarding delivery date and time of products.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow the escalation procedure correctly where necessary

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a despatch or coordinator role.
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and customer experience.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new systems and processes. (SAP highly desirable)
- Ability to promote and contribute to a positive work environment.
