International Program Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of the LAND 400 Phase 2 Project Management program.
The International Program Coordinator will support the development of comprehensive and integrated program plans, coordinate program deliverables, define and collect project metrics, and provide overall health of the Mission System program as part of Land 400 Phase 2.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of program plans for unique mission system variants, subsystems, and operations aspects;
- Plan, implement, and manage program deliverables;
- Define, collect, and report project metrics (engineering performance, schedule, costs, dependencies, resources);
- Assist in the implementation of product lifecycle management systems through transitioning program deliverables into the system;
- Support the integration of market and customer intelligence into planned program deliverables and marketing campaigns;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and geographically dispersed stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution;
- Provide high-level planning, reporting, and project execution skills to support the program's success.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- High-level planning, reporting, and project execution skills;
- Qualifications/certifications/demonstrated experience in Project Management;
- Demonstrated experience with program deliverables and management of program documentation;
- Excellent written English communication skills using engineering terminology;
- NV1 Australian Security Clearance; and
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
