The Partner Development Manager position is a key role, responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with cloud, ISV, consulting, and SI partners. This role drives revenue growth and manages positive business outcomes for customers and partners.
As a Partner Development Manager, you will have shared ownership of sustainable growth for assigned partnerships, including lead development, maturing qualified opportunities, and acting as a subject matter expert to sales teams.
You will work closely with sales teams to identify new revenue opportunities and leverage partner incentive programs to accelerate existing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and executes business plans to create incremental pipeline through partnership vehicles.
- Develops and maintains exceptional client relationships across multiple verticals.
- Builds, leverages, and communicates partnership benefits to stakeholders within the organization.
- Directs and influences lead generation activities to generate pipeline.
- Collaborates with sales teams to organize joint sales calls.
- 7+ years' experience in technology sales, positioning SaaS and digital solutions across large, complex accounts.
- Prior/current partner roles and experience are mandatory.
- Exceptional proven sales success working directly with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Domain expertise in one or more sectors: Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy Oil and Gas.
