The role of Residential Support Worker is critical in achieving our goal of providing high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be working directly with young people, supporting them in their daily lives and helping them to achieve their goals.
- Promote and assist young people to achieve their individual goals and aspirations
- Support young people to develop independence and build positive relationships with their peers and the wider community
- Assist young people to manage their emotions and develop coping strategies
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for young people

- Minimum qualification level - Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent
