Role Description:We are seeking a Practice Engagement Manager to join our practice sales team. This role is responsible for all Data & Analytics clients for their portfolio of accounts – both IT and Business.
The successful candidate will work closely with segment and account leadership to build account plans and deliver on those plans. They will handle multiple accounts with P&L of $60MM+ and be responsible for client relationship management and business development.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Data & Analytics clients for both IT and Business
- Work with segment and account leadership to build account plans and deliver on those plans
- Handle multiple accounts with P&L of $60MM+
- Client relationship management and business development for Chief Data office or Chief Digital officer's organization
- Grow the portfolio by 25-30% Y0Y
- Own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
- Go-to market – build a strong go-to market with contextualized offerings relevant to clients
- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
- Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Significant business development and sales experience in Data/Analytics/AI of at least 15+years
- Experience with Data on Cloud Sales
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with Data/analytics proposal creation and leading Data/Analytics presentations and workshops for deals
- Experience in building and utilizing business cases for business value articulation and negotiations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
