Empower Lives with a Career Coach Role

We are seeking an experienced Career Coach to join our team and empower individuals to achieve their employment goals.

  • This is a unique opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by helping them overcome career challenges and develop personalized action plans.
  • As a Career Coach, you will conduct in-depth assessments of participants' strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment objectives.
  • You will also collaborate with community organizations to create opportunities for participants and assist them in developing effective job search strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in administration, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and outlined Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. You should also be enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to conduct client assessments, develop case plans, and case notes and reports.
