We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Opportunities Coach to join our team. Job Description

The Career Opportunities Coach will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and empowering individuals with disabilities through both group and individual learning sessions. This will involve tailoring your approach to suit each person's unique learning style, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver practical and theory-based learning to individuals with disabilities
  • Mentor and guide individuals to develop their employability skills
  • Manage documentation and reporting to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in coaching or mentoring individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel when required across a regional area
