Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Administration Officer to join our team at the City of Mandurah. As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our Rangers Office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the Rangers Office, including secretarial and general administration duties.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, letters, and memos, and maintain accurate and efficient typing abilities.
- Manage information effectively and produce documentation using computer packages.
- Develop and maintain strong office administration skills, including proficiency in using online systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and work in partnership with others to achieve team goals.
- Hold suitable qualifications in office administration or relevant areas.
- High level of secretarial and general administration experience.
- Experience and/or working knowledge of various structures of Local Government.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with others and provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent computer literacy with confidence to operate across several online systems.
- Outstanding time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong office administration skills, including proficiency in using computer packages to manage information effectively and produce documentation and reports.
- Basic financial administration skills, including understanding of budgets and accounts.
- Accurate and efficient typing abilities.
- Ability to prepare various correspondence, including reports, letters, and memos.
