Job Title

A Centre Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee production management to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to a high standard.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the site operates profitability and prepare/review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports.
  • Leadership: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures followed, safety incidences/near misses reported and actioned.
