Centre Manager Job Opportunity

As a Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operational running of your centre, ensuring targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitably and prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system and following all policies and procedures.
