Health Lending Manager

We are seeking a skilled Health Lending Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for analysing, structuring, and decisioning complex commercial submissions from our Health portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluate commercial submissions to ensure they align with our policies and pricing standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Relationship teams, Risk, and other stakeholders to streamline approvals and unlock opportunities for our Health customers
  • Mentor and train colleagues to improve their credit assessment and decision-making skills
  • Contribute to credit policy and strategic initiatives to drive business growth and purpose

Requirements:

  • A seasoned credit professional with proven experience in large Health or commercial customer segments
  • Significant credit approval authority and ability to assess complex financials, structure deals, and mitigate risk
  • Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with empathy and clarity
