A motivated and passionate professional is sought to join our clinical team as a Community Field Nurse.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical care to clients through home visits.
  • Fostering a strong customer-focused culture.
  • Ensuring all documentation, procedures, and reporting meet relevant guidelines and legislation.
  • Maintaining up-to-date, clear, and accurate client care plans, records, and meeting administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures, and funding guidelines.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Current AHPRA Nursing registration.
  • Proficiency in various clinical procedures, including indwelling catheter change and care, SPC changes and care, wound dressing changes and review, insulin administration, and tracheostomy care.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Full Australian working rights.
