Excavator Support Specialist

This is a key role for an experienced technician to provide expert field and technical support to customers, ensuring their excavators operate at peak performance.

  • You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults on excavators.
  • Assist with major and minor services to site machines, maintaining accurate documentation along the way.
  • Manage warranty jobs and support with site claim submissions, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support - Provide expert field and technical support to customers, ensuring their excavators operate at peak performance.
  2. Diagnostic Skills - Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults on excavators.
  3. Service Management - Assist with major and minor services to site machines, maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
  • Trade Qualified - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise with excavators or similar equipment.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Strong customer support experience.
