
Senior Change Management Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust organizational transformation strategies that support successful project and program outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Drive the development of customer-facing change management practices, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards across diverse teams.
- Lead continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change maturity, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our North Star, leveraging digital platforms and innovative storytelling techniques.
- Support delivery excellence by embedding best-in-class ways of working across teams, promoting talent development and succession planning.
- Owning and optimizing SharePoint, managing critical incident communications, and ensuring seamless information sharing.
- A proven leader with 5+ years of experience, boasting a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments, driving adoption and alignment.
- Strong project delivery skills, integrating change across complex businesses and multiple sites, with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams, with a strong understanding of strategic communications and digital platforms.
