Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for coordinating network operations and ensuring the safety and security of all people, assets, systems, and procedures engaged in or associated with the airline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a central safety focus, balancing cost, customer, and commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver network operations to schedule, anticipating and proactively responding to foreseeable network disruption with a preventative approach.
  • Triaging and respond to unforeseeable network disruption.
  • Monitor aircraft movements, maintaining on-time performance across domestic and international networks.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Operations regarding maintenance implications from off-schedule operations.
  • Effectively coordinate operational requirements during disruptions while maintaining regular communication with downline ports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree qualification in Aviation / Engineering Management (advantageous).
  • Minimum +2 years' experience, knowledge, and understanding of airline operations.
  • An understanding of relevant aviation legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in demanding, time-sensitive environments.
  • Resilience with the ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A high degree of attention to detail.
  • Intermediate or above proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Word.
