About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner / Associate Financial Planner to join our team at Zanetti Recruitment & Consulting. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Advisers and clients with their financial affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for clients, working closely with Advisers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Assist Advisers with the proactive management of client affairs, including the preparation of Statements of Advice (SOA) documents.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular communication and the preparation of annual progress meetings and compliance reviews.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships with Advisers and key external service providers to ensure administrative and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software (XPLAN) and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
