Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Growth & Support:
    • Actively support merchants, focusing on driving growth and collaborating with them to provide innovative solutions.

As part of the Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for driving merchant customer growth. You will go above and beyond to meet the complex needs of Australian businesses, including technical complexity, e-commerce, operational efficiency, transactional banking, and cloud adoption.
