Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Lead to drive the delivery of high-performance AI systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable AI systems that enhance operational efficiency and deliver tangible business value.

  • Oversight of product vision for key AI capabilities, focusing on GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied machine learning.
  • Collaboration with data science and engineering teams to bring prototypes into production-ready state.
  • Product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and performance tracking post-launch.
  • Translation of business needs into ML/AI product opportunities.
  • Influence stakeholder decisions and align product direction with business strategy.
  • Advocacy for responsible and ethical AI practices across the lifecycle.
  • Tech upskilling and embedding AI into real business workflows.
Qualification Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI or digital products, or technical delivery roles.
  • Experience working closely with data scientists and/or ML engineers.
  • Experience owning AI product strategy or translating AI research into scalable products.
  • Strong communication skills for bridging technical and business thinking.
  • Able to identify AI opportunities.
  • Firm understanding of AI/ML concepts.
  • Proficiency in Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or ML platforms.
