Job Description

Your Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our Ultrasound team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional clinical support and training on our Ultrasound portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to customers throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship, including pre-sale presentations and demonstrations.
- Work in partnership with Account Managers to deliver training on the optimal use of our equipment, ensuring customers achieve best practice in patient care.
- Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
- Train customers in applying optimal usage of the equipment, enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback on the quality of training delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage safety standards, including radiation protection, health, and safety regulations.
- Support product launches and advise the sales team on market feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in clinical applications and operating fields.
- Report customer feedback and follow up on quality and regulatory training.
- Support the business with input on configurations and provide clinical feedback to assist in funnel management.
You're the Right Fit If:
- You have postgraduate studies in Cardiac Sonography and in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private echocardiography department.
- You have experience with Advanced Imaging technologies or cardiac catheterization/hybrid labs.
- You have previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment.
- You possess outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
- You have high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
- You are eager to be in a commercially focused clinical role, partnering with the business.
- You are able to travel across ANZ if required.
