We're seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to spearhead the design, build, and governance of cutting-edge workflow technologies. As a key member of our Workflow Team, you'll drive architectural vision, collaborate with high-performing engineers, and oversee technology roadmaps across various business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in designing and delivering innovative technical solutions to strategic business problems;">
  • Experience in translating project vision into actionable plans and iterative delivery;">
  • Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders at various levels;">
  • Awareness of emerging security threats and expertise in safeguarding against them;">
  • Proficiency in managing workflow-based technical environments (Pega, Appian) and showcasing expertise in Microservices - Cloud Native integrations patterns, design, and implementation;">
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or Java and proficiency with data architecture and larger volumes in data - ingestion, transformation, and consumption patterns;">
  • Understanding of AI model lifecycle, including training, deployment, and monitoring, and exposure to AI frameworks or cloud-based AI services;">
  • Ability to orchestrate complex workflows through automation scripts, manage the deployment lifecycle of interconnected infrastructure components, and design, document, and present formal solution designs.">
