Lead Training Team

A strategic opportunity exists for a skilled and experienced leader to oversee and direct a team of training advisors across multiple locations. Based in Newcastle, this role involves regular travel across the Hunter and New England regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality training sessions to meet participant needs.
  • Develop and implement effective plans, schedules, and execution strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment and promote the training program among stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop strategies to enhance participant engagement, success, and progress.

Critical Criteria for Success:

  • Experience in workforce development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques.
  • Ability to provide advisory, coaching, and mentoring support.
  • Sound time management skills and leadership abilities.
  • Current Driver's Licence and National Police Check.
