About The Role

Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through digital innovation? Join us as our Training Lead in the development, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives to meet the needs of our employees in the roll out of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) across our facility. You will work collaboratively with the project team and key stakeholders to develop and deliver end user training and educational activities for Calvary Mater Newcastle staff for the SDPR implementation and business-as-usual stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an approach to enable effective and flexible delivery of training to end users with differing levels of digital literacy.
  • Ensure eLearning modules, video and other online mediums are in alignment with Calvary policies and guidelines, and manage the training delivery schedule and logistics.
  • Monitor, evaluate and review training programs, learning materials and competency assessments to ensure compliance with business requirements, best practice training and adult learning principles, and industry standards, incorporating participant and project feedback.
  • Support CMN staff through classroom training sessions, on-the-job training and/or coaching and mentoring.
What You Bring
  • Extensive experience in adult learning and practical experience in technical training.
  • Qualifications in TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience in high-volume, demanding environments and the ability to prioritise and multi-task to achieve business goals.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills with experience engaging and consulting with stakeholders to gain support for optimal outcomes.
  • High level computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
