About Us

We're looking for a Sales Associate Team Member to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of this role, you'll be working closely with our customers, colleagues, and management team to ensure that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and valued.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the last point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and providing them with a positive shopping experience.
  • You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of customer service, and ensure that our store is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • You will be required to perform tasks such as collecting trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas, and assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management.
