Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution engineering, enablement, and enterprise software.

  • This role is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive enablement plans to equip our sales organization with necessary content, training, and resources to meet and exceed sales targets.">
  • The successful candidate will establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including SMEs, to drive enablement initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration.">
  • Key responsibilities include contributing to the definition and development of our Global SE Enablement plan, driving communication and execution across the organization.">
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance content creation and delivery is also a key aspect of this role.">

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in solution engineering, enablement, and enterprise software, with a focus on data space.

  • A deep understanding of OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python is essential, as well as a strong understanding of skills databases.">
  • The successful candidate must have a proven ability to design, build, and deliver effective enablement programs that drive business results.">
